Brenda also has a Bachelors degree in Interior Design from Florida International University.

Among her extended educational credentials are certifications in healthcare design from Harvard's Graduate School of Design. She is also a certified color consultant.

Brenda is licensed to practice Interior Design by the State of Florida's Board of Architecture. She is a full member of the American Society of Interior Design and also is a member of EDRA, the Environmental Design Research Association.
